Construction Management
Our Company has a strong commitment in developing and maintaining long term relationships with its Clients and this is clearly demonstrated by continual completion of multiple construction projects for over several years for our Clients. Management takes pride in producing high quality, well managed contracts. We take a collaborative approach to ensure Client / Project goals are met.
Health and Safety
Timaru Construction will be working with the Industry Approved Site Safe Safety Management Plans including the Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP). Prior to construction a meeting will be held with all trades and a SSSP will be developed together to ensure all hazards are identified and appropriate controls put in place.
Principal and Consultant involvement in the monitoring of the SSSP and attendance at Safety Meetings will be encouraged and Timaru Construction believes with the involvement of the entire Project Team the following will be achieved:

Senior Management will complete regular monthly audits against the SSSP to ensure compliance of all contractors on site.
